Milking Systems
Milk Pulse offers a full range of milking system configurations to match any operation size. Our parallel parlor systems handle 8 to 48 stalls and feature automatic take-off units, milk meters, backflush cycles, and integrated herd management data collection. Herringbone parlors are available for operations that prefer side-by-side milking. Rotary platforms from 24 to 80 stalls deliver the highest throughput for large dairies.
All systems include our PulsPro pulsation controller with individual quarter monitoring. Real-time milk flow, conductivity, and blood detection sensors provide immediate health insights. CIP cleaning cycles are fully automated with programmable sequences by time of day. Each system comes with a 5-year warranty on pulsation components.
Herd Management Technology
Our digital herd management platform, DairyTrack, combines activity and rumination monitoring collars with barn-side kiosk displays and cloud-based analytics. The system provides real-time heat detection, health alerts, feeding behavior analysis, and rumination trends. Integration with DairyComp 305 and PCDART is included.
Cow Comfort & Barn Equipment
We supply ventilation systems designed by dairy engineers including tunnel ventilation, cross flow, and curtain sidewall configurations. Our stall solutions range from deep-bedded sand systems to waterbed mattresses with replaceable inserts. Automated manure scrapers, feed pushers, and water trough heaters complete the barn environment offering.
