1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Milk Pulse website at milkpulse.lat (the Site) and purchasing our products or services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or purchase our products. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Milkrite InterPuls, Inc.
2. Products and Services
Milk Pulse sells dairy equipment, herd management systems, and related products. Product specifications, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. Equipment warranties are provided with each product and are governed by the terms in the warranty documentation. Installation services are provided by certified crews and covered by separate service agreements.
3. Orders and Payment
Equipment orders require a deposit of 50 percent unless otherwise agreed. Final payment is due prior to delivery or installation. All prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes, freight, and installation charges are additional. Orders may be cancelled within 48 hours of placement without penalty.
4. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping terms are FOB Johnson Creek, Wisconsin unless otherwise specified. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Risk of loss transfers to buyer upon delivery to carrier. Receiving inspection is the responsibility of the buyer and any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt.
5. Returns and Warranty
Returns of standard products are accepted within 30 days subject to a 15 percent restocking fee. Custom or special-order products are non-returnable. Warranty claims must be submitted through an authorized Milk Pulse dealer or directly to our service department. Warranty coverage is specified in the product documentation.
6. Limitation of Liability
Milkrite InterPuls, Inc.s liability for any claim arising from the sale or use of our products is limited to the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including lost milk production, herd health issues, or business interruption.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, product descriptions, and logos is the property of Milkrite InterPuls, Inc. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
8. Third-Party Links
Our website may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Disputes shall be resolved in Jefferson County, Wisconsin.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
